Sitting atop a gently sloping cliff far from the madding tourist crowds of the Algarve, Villa Mar à Vista - Vila Vita Collection is sandwiched between the flour-fine sands of the unspoilt Praia de Salema beach and the whitewashed hamlet of Salema, a traditional Algarve village. The villa sits on the edge of a protected national park and offers head-on ocean views.
Mar à Vista matches the local architectural style and fits in perfectly with its surrounds. Inside, the south-facing property is flooded with sunlight, which pours into every room through large windows. The villa's clean and contemporary design with subtle African influences create a noble and luxurious atmosphere. Mar à Vista’s elevated position ensures spectacular panoramas of the Atlantic coastline. The views reach a climax at the villa’s cliffside patio and infinity pool, where—from certain angles—it appears guests could swim right off the edge and into the ocean.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one fullly-equipped kitchen as well as shared spaces indoor and outdoor offer fantastic preconditions for exklusive holidays with family and friends.
The villa's Master bedroom on the first floor impresses with a large double bed, a flat TV screen, an en-suite bathroom as well as a seperate dressing room. Absolute highlight of the room are the breathtaking sea views.
VILLA MAR Á VISTA IN SALEMA IS PART OF THE VILA VITA COLLECTION
Salema is a small town of Budens parish, located in the municip ality of Vila do Bispo, in the most western part of the Algarve. It is situated at the base of a cliff around the beach with the same name and is part of the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Algarve coast. The village is one of the few communities that have a small indigenous fishing fleet of traditional colourful boats that cast into the sea to catch snapper, mackerel, sardines and octupus that can be tasted freshly grilled at local restaurants the same night. For active holiday-makers there are a lot of golf courses and tennis courts as well as riding-stables and trails in the area. Furthermore, you can go on a boat trip or – if you are quite adventurous – there is the possibility to go paragliding.
