The atrium is located in the modern glass extension of the building, which is lined with aged firewood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Natural Stones and Concrete Walls:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pebbles and granite tiles cover the floor, while the walls are clad in concrete characterized by fibers of reclaimed wood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. California and Maria Alm:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the center of the atrium stands a 90-year-old olive tree, originating from the West Coast of the United States\u2014just like the 50-year-old Airstream perched on the terrace above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Vintage Armchairs and Designer Loungers:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The two old leather armchairs were already part of the former Gasthof Eder in 1961, and now they have found their place at Hotel SEPP<\/a>. They once belonged to the great-grandparents of little Sepp the Fourth. As a contrast to these heirlooms, modern loungers add a contemporary touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. In and Out:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nature at Hotel SEPP<\/a> is everywhere\u2014outside, inside, on the walls, and even in the infrastructure. The landscape of Maria Alm is shaped by mountains, meadows, and forests. The 1.4-meter-thick soil bed of the Californian tree is covered with centuries-old oak planks. Meanwhile, the infinity pool is heated with wood chips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
