The new Seegut Zeppelin, which opened its doors on 6 May 2024, is located in the middle of an old landscaped park directly on Lake Constance. The hotel buildings clad in glazed spruce wood around the Villa Gminder in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach are just 50 metres from the shore. The modern solitary buildings blend discreetly into the protected park. Inside, the surrounding nature is impressively restaged through wall-high windows.
