With the participation in this competition, the participant agrees that Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH, Schmiedgasse 38, 8010 Graz, Austria, which occurs under the brand Lifestylehotels™, stores the required data for the purpose of handling the competition.

The participant agrees that the requested data on the application will be stored on the website and may be processed and used by the Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH and the competition partners of the Lifestylehotels™ online competition in written and electronic forms for the purpose of advertising products, services, promotional campaigns and other activities.

Furthermore, the participant confirms that he/she has read the published terms of participation for the Lifestylehotels™ online competition and agrees with these. This agreement can be cancelled by the participant at any time by giving written notice. In case of cancellation, the participant does not participate in the Lifestylehotels™ online competition any longer.

Terms of Participation

Organiser of the competition

Organiser of this competition is Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH, Schmiedgasse 38, 8010 Graz, Austria, which occurs under the brand Lifestylehotels™.

Eligibility

Participation in the promotion is possible by the application “Lifestylehotels™ Easter Giveaway” on the Lifestylehotels™ website (www.lifestylehotels.net) and on the Lifestylehotels™ accounts on Meta Platforms. This competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over and is not open to employees of the Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH as well as individual partners of the Lifestylehotels™ online competition. Participation in the competition is only possible via the participation form on the Internet or on Meta Platforms. The participant has to enter data on her/his own. Entering personal data is necessary in case of success to inform the participant about winning. Recourse to the courts is not permitted.

Duration of the competition

The competition will run daily from March 23rd 00:00 GMT until April 1st 2023 23:59 GMT

Prizes and determination of winners

Every day, a new window is opened in the Lifestylehotels™ online competition. Behind each window prizes will be raffled among all participants. The participation of a preceding window in the competition period is not possible. Among all eligible participants a daily winner will be raffled. The following prizes will be raffled (selection):

• Hotel stays of different Lifestylehotels™ Members

Lifestylehotels™ vouchers and hotel stays are valid for 1 year on request and availability. Some hotel stays are limited to a certain period of time when the prize can be redeemed. The winner of these certain prizes will be informed individually.

Notification

The winners will be drawn without the public and Lifestylehotels™ will notify them on the next business day by email. This notification is done with email addresses specified in the competition form. Cash instead of the prize or payment in terms of real value is not possible. By submitting the competition form, each participant agrees that his/her name will be published on the Internet (www.lifestylehotels.net) or on the Lifestylehotels™ Meta Platforms in case of winning.

Exclusion and premature termination

Participants, who are suspected of technical manipulations of the competition will be disqualified from the competition. The Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH reserves the right to discontinue the competition at any time without notice and without giving any reason or terminate – especially if there are technical or legal reasons and proper implementation cannot be guaranteed.

Meta Policies

This promotion is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Meta and there is no connection to Meta. The recipient of the information and data provided by the participants is not Meta, but the Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH.

Liability

The Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH is liable, whatever legal reason, only when damage can be lead back to gross negligence or malice aforethought or if there is culpable injury of an essential duty in the implementation of the competition. If the Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH is liable for the injury of a duty, without gross negligence or malice aforethought, the liability is limited to that damage compensation that could have typically expected at the beginning of the competition.

By handing over the prizes, the Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH is free from any responsibility as far an earlier date hasn’t been resulted from these regulations. The Prime Time Touristik & Marketing GmbH is especially not liable for material defects or defects of title.

Only Austrian law is applicable. If individual regulations are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of participation remains unaffected. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notification. By participating in the Lifestylehotels™ online competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
