Hotel Lemongarden

Hideaway with a paradise garden

The Hotel Lemongarden is located amidst the picturesque fishing village Sutivan on the north-west coast of the island of Brac. The boutique hotel exudes unparalleled charm, not least because of its three almost 300-year-old stone buildings. It was from three protected buildings that a harmonious unit was created in the course of the renovation, where only the best materials from the island were used. Slowing down, relaxation and enjoyment is the hideaway’s motto today. 23 suites and 12 rooms overall in timeless design, and the colour concept of the south invites you to feel at ease. The interplay of colours in nature plays an important role inside as well as outside: at the pool you can enjoy the fragrance of the lemon trees and the magnificent colours of the surrounding paradise garden. Guests can expect even more relaxation and comfort in the exclusive wellness pavilion with sauna, steam room and adventure showers. Another highlight is the private Lemongarden beach, which is a 10-minute walk away. Situated in a natural bay with an area of 3,000m² and surrounded by pine woods, it invites guests to exclusive days on the beach. Authentic, genuine and simply Mediterranean is the kitchen in the hotel’s own restaurant, which invites you to take a break and rest with a view over the harbour.

Best Room - Luxury Suiten

Covering an area of 46 to 71 sqm, the luxury suites are Mediterranean dreams of high comfort. Consisting of two bedrooms, they provide room for up to four people. The suites feature furniture made by carpenters from local wood, Brac marble and timeless design. The colour concept is based on the individual houses, so in the Vesna house the theme is sea and corals, and in the Definis Dvor house the theme is Mediterranean herbs. The highlight of each of these suites is the spacious terrace with a view over the courtyard or the garden.

Destination Tip

The island of Brac in the south Dalmatian part of Croatia is still an insider’ tip for summer holidays far from the usual tourist track. Picturesque beaches, azure blue bays and lush pine woods invite active holiday-makers to an unforgettable summer holiday on the island. Brac is mostly known by tourists for its “Golden Horn” in the small town of Bol south of the island. This sandy beach is unique worldwide, protruding for around 500 metres into the Adriatic and being the symbol of the Dalmatian island. But Brac also has a lot to offer from a cultural and historical perspective: old, stone town houses, Renaissance buildings and baroque palaces can be found in almost every small town.
