Nestled in the alpine landscape of the Zillertal and directly located at the Golfplatz Uderns, THE GREEN is a new-generation lifestyle resort dedicated to conscious relaxation, active regeneration and sustainable luxury. Situated between valley floor and mountain panorama, THE GREEN is an ideal base for year-round activities – from golfing, hiking and biking in summer to skiing and winter sports in the nearby Hochzillertal and Spieljoch ski areas.

The resort offers 75 rooms and suites, designed as calm refuges. Clear architectural lines, warm lighting concepts and natural materials such as wood, stone and refined textiles define the interiors. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up views of the surrounding mountains.

A special highlight are the Water Suites, located directly by the lake, offering an immersive nature experience with an added sense of privacy.

Wellness Between Flora & Fauna

Spanning 3,300 m², the spa and wellness area is conceived as a dialogue between nature, tranquillity and regeneration. At its heart lies the THE GREEN Lagoon, a chlorine-free natural swimming lake. Infinity pool, Sky Garden with Sky Pool, spacious relaxation lawns and quiet zones complete the experience.

The wellness concept is divided into two distinct worlds:

• Flora – family-friendly, nature-inspired and vibrant
• Fauna – adults only, featuring a sauna landscape with bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, cold plunge pools and exclusive relaxation areas

The offering is complemented by massages, cosmetic treatments, a panoramic fitness room and outdoor yoga with mountain views.

Conscious Cuisine

Culinary philosophy at THE GREEN focuses on regionality, seasonality and quality. Ingredients are sourced from local farmers and the resort’s own hunting grounds. Guests enjoy breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening buffets that are light, natural and thoughtfully prepared.

The resort is built using energy-efficient timber construction and passive house standards, powered by photovoltaics, geothermal energy and biomass heating.
