Alpin Juwel: Where the Mountains Take a Break
In Hinterglemm, Hotel Alpin Juwel sits high above the Glemmtal valley. Its JU-WELL Spa combines panoramic views, Alpine herbs and Ayurveda. A world of wellness where, for once, the rhythm of the day can follow the water.

The Mountains from the Inside
Anyone who spends a holiday in the mountains knows the little dilemma: you have barely arrived before you want to head outside again. The next summit is calling, the hiking trail begins right outside the door, and there is already something planned for the afternoon. At Alpin Juwel in Saalbach Hinterglemm, there is a tempting alternative. The JU-WELL Spa covers around 1,600 square metres and offers plenty of good reasons to admire the mountains from indoors for a change.

Between the Infinity Pool and the Warmth of the Sauna
The view from the rooftop spa is hard to beat. In the heated infinity pool, the water seems to merge directly with the landscape. Beyond it rise the peaks of the Kitzbühel Alps, their silhouettes changing with the weather. Those who prefer to stay in the warmth can choose between the salt and Swiss stone pine sauna, herbal sauna, salt steam bath and Sinus Crystal Sauna. Afterwards, it is time for the cold-water pool or the panoramic relaxation room. The routine is simple; the view takes care of the rest.

Three Wellness Worlds, Endless Possibilities
The JU-WELL Spa is divided into several areas, each catering to different needs. JU-WELL Family features an indoor pool and the panoramic infinity pool, along with a saltwater relaxation room with a wellness cinema. JU-WELL Jungbrunnen is a sauna world dedicated to peaceful retreat. At JU-WELL Berg Spa, the focus is on movement and regeneration, with a fitness room, yoga room and a selection of massages and treatments.
Alpine Herbs Meet Ayurveda
Another special feature of the hotel is the combination of Alpine wellness and Ayurveda. The traditional Indian approach to health complements the offering with massages and individually tailored treatments. Alpine herbs and natural products create a connection to the surrounding landscape – the perfect way to end a day on the hiking trails or a long day of winter sports in the mountains. After all, the body has its own idea of what makes a successful day on holiday. Another part of the concept has already been announced: from spring 2027, the Wald Spa, with its forest sauna and relaxation rooms, will expand the offering. The forest, the mountains, the water: at Alpin Juwel, nature is not merely a backdrop to the wellness architecture. It shapes the view and, with it, what happens between two sauna sessions. The afternoon quickly fills up. You can take another dip in the pool, enjoy a cup of tea or watch the clouds drift across the slopes from your lounger.
The mountain is not going anywhere. And the next hike can wait.
