DAS KALTENBACH: Fresh spaces, familiar feeling
New favourite places at Das Kaltenbach: The latest renovation combines alpine charm with modern design, creating stylish spaces for enjoyable moments from breakfast through to the evening.

Slow Mornings
At Das Kaltenbach, standing still is, at most, only a brief moment in between. The Haas family continuously develops their nature hotel in the Zillertal with a keen sense of quality and atmosphere, balancing alpine authenticity with contemporary design. The latest renovation has now been completed, carefully continuing the familiar signature style of reclaimed wood and timeless aesthetics…
The new breakfast room gives mornings at Das Kaltenbach a fresh setting. Hand-finished Terrastone walls add natural texture, warm earthy tones create a welcoming atmosphere, and Occhio designer lighting provides elegant accents. Bespoke tables with refined inlays meet elegant Freifrau chairs and cosy lounge-style upholstered furniture.
The breakfast buffet also blends harmoniously into the new spatial concept, featuring Taj Mahal stone with a marble look, a juice station with touch panel and two modern WMF coffee machines.

Evening Pleasures
The bar also presents itself from a new perspective. Exceptionally comfortable KFF chairs upholstered in cosy bouclé fabric, a room divider made from the same stone as the breakfast area and a new lounge area create even more favourite places. A place to arrive, sink in and end the day in complete relaxation.

Hideaway im Zillertal
Das Kaltenbach is a nature and lifestyle hotel in the Zillertal offering rooms, suites and apartments. Slightly elevated on the edge of the forest, directly beside the stream and designed like a small alpine village, the hotel combines alpine authenticity with modern comfort and plenty of space for relaxation. A rooftop spa, views of the Zillertal mountains and the personal touch of the Haas family make Das Kaltenbach a special retreat for everyone who appreciates nature, quality and style.
