Culinary delights

In keeping with the distinguished ambience, culinary highlights are served here, new ones every day, corresponding with the specialities of the season. The winter journey of flavours leads, for example, from saddle of venison to fermented red cabbage and chutney with sea buckthorn from the house’s garden to sunroot with Erfurter radish. To finish, apple soufflé and the house’s own cassis crumble creation with echoes of the famous Kir Royal gladden the palate.

The worls’s first caviar chocolates

On 4 December, one will be able to taste the world’s first “caviar chocolates” – in the framework of a complete caviar menu. These unusually flavoured chocolates combine the expertise of the caviar spe cialist Helmut Schlader with the know- how of the AQARIUM team: Head Chef Peter Reithmayr and Sous Chef David Bernauer. Restaurant Manager and Sommelière Carina Egger helps guests find their way in the 25-page wine menu. Gault Millau has already honoured the excellent work of the AQARIUM team with two toques, and it was selected as a newcomer in Upper Austria in the Gourmet-Guide À la carte 2019.

Private dinner

The villa guests of the Geinberg5 also have the possibility of enjoying an AQARIUM dinner in their own suite, between 6 pm and 10 pm.
