A place of stillness, space and timeless elegance.
Hidden within the untouched landscape of southwest Menorca, Vestige Santa Ana is a historic 18th-century estate reimagined as an exclusive private luxury residence. Set within more than 200 hectares of Mediterranean nature, the property offers complete privacy and a profound sense of calm, where heritage and contemporary comfort exist in perfect balance.

Vestige Santa Ana is not a conventional hotel, but a private retreat designed for sole use. The meticulous restoration preserves the soul and architectural integrity of the original finca while introducing a refined, understated luxury. Natural stone, wood, soft textures and a muted colour palette define the interiors, creating an atmosphere that feels grounded, effortless and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Generous living spaces flow seamlessly onto terraces, courtyards and gardens, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior life. The rhythm of the house follows the Mediterranean climate, encouraging long outdoor meals, slow afternoons by the pool and quiet moments shaped by light, silence and open space. Vestige Santa Ana offers a setting equally suited to shared experiences and personal retreat.

One of the estate’s most remarkable qualities is its proximity to the coast. The iconic Cala Macarella and Cala Macarelleta, among Menorca’s most beautiful beaches, are within walking distance. Crystal-clear waters, fine sand and protected nature make them ideal for unhurried days by the sea, while the finca itself remains a secluded sanctuary far removed from any sense of bustle.

Vestige Santa Ana is created for travellers who value discretion, authenticity and a deep connection to nature. Families, groups of friends or creative retreats will find a place where time slows and quality takes precedence over excess. A dedicated concierge service can arrange bespoke experiences, from private chefs to tailored excursions, always in harmony with the calm and considered spirit of the house.
Vestige Miramar is not a hotel.
It is an exclusively rentable historic mansion in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Located next to the cathedral and overlooking the harbour, this 18th-century palatial residence offers a rare blend of cultural heritage, absolute privacy and discreet luxury. A private home for those who value space, autonomy and authenticity.

Set in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca, just steps from La Seu Cathedral, the old town, the marina and the city’s finest restaurants, galleries and boutiques. Despite its central setting, Vestige Miramar remains a calm and secluded urban retreat.
Vestige Miramar is rented exclusively as a whole. There is no reception, no public restaurant and no shared hotel areas. Instead, guests enjoy the freedom and intimacy of a private mansion, complemented by tailor-made services upon request. It is designed for families, groups of friends or special occasions — for travellers who want to experience Palma as residents, not hotel guests.
A carefully restored 18th-century city palace where historic architecture meets contemporary elegance. High ceilings, original stone and wood elements, curated artworks and bespoke furniture create a refined yet understated atmosphere. The feeling is residential, calm and cultured — more private home than hospitality concept.

The mansion offers eight to nine spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 16–18 guests. Each room is individually designed with high-quality materials, natural light and a restrained colour palette. Selected rooms feature views over the harbour or Palma’s historic rooftops.

There is no fixed gastronomy concept — only freedom of choice. Guests may use the fully equipped kitchen, arrange private dining with a personal chef or explore Palma’s vibrant culinary scene just outside the door. Dining at Vestige Miramar is personal, flexible and self-curated.

A heated indoor pool, private gym and quiet relaxation areas offer moments of retreat throughout the year. Wellness here is subtle and private — without schedules, spa menus or staged experiences.
Discreet concierge services are available on request, from private city tours and yacht charters to bespoke island experiences. Service adapts to the guests’ rhythm — never the other way around.
For travellers who are not looking for a hotel, but for an exclusive residence in the city. Ideal for families, groups of friends, celebrations or extended stays — with an appreciation for design, privacy and cultural depth.
Set in the green north of Menorca, within an expansive private estate of around 800 hectares, Son Ermita and Binidufà are two historic fincas dating back to the 18th century. Connected by landscape and heritage, yet distinct in character, Son Ermita sits elevated with far-reaching views towards the sea, while Binidufà rests quietly in the valley below. Together, they form a discreet retreat far removed from the island’s busier routes.

Part of the Vestige Collection, Son Ermita & Binidufà follow a philosophy of quiet, nature-led luxury. Rather than spectacle, the focus lies on authenticity, space and time. The two houses function as one ensemble, offering guests the freedom to move between different moods and perspectives.
The restoration honours the original fabric of the fincas. Solid stone walls, exposed wooden beams and historic structures have been carefully preserved and complemented with contemporary comfort. Interiors are defined by warm earth tones, handcrafted furniture and selected antiques, creating an atmosphere that feels understated, timeless and deeply rooted in Menorca’s landscape.

Around 22 rooms and suites are spread across both estates. Each is individually laid out, many featuring terraces or direct garden access. Categories range from classic rooms to generous suites and a private villa. Views open onto olive groves, forests or rolling coastal hills, always accompanied by a sense of calm and privacy.
Grand Suite with Terrace (Son Ermita)
The Grand Suites at Son Ermita combine historic architecture with a profound sense of calm. Generous proportions, high ceilings and abundant natural light are complemented by a private terrace overlooking the rolling landscape, with views reaching towards the sea. An ideal choice for guests seeking space, privacy and the feeling of a secluded retreat within nature.

The culinary offering reflects the dual nature of the estate. At Son Ermita, the focus is on Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on fish, seafood and seasonal local produce. At Binidufà, the kitchen takes a more plant-forward, creative and internationally inspired approach. Both share a commitment to honest flavours, island-sourced ingredients and a clear, restrained culinary identity.

Life here follows the rhythm of nature. Walks across the estate, yoga sessions, e-bike tours or hikes along the Camí de Cavalls reveal Menorca at its most quiet and unspoilt. Pools, spa treatments and open-air spaces invite guests to slow down deliberately, without schedule or expectation.

Son Ermita & Binidufà are not a conventional resort, but a place of retreat. Designed for travellers who wish to understand Menorca rather than consume it, and who recognise silence, landscape and heritage as the ultimate form of luxury.
Located in a tranquil riverside neighborhood at the heart of Kyoto, GENJI Kyoto is a contemporary interpretation of Machiya townhouses, marrying traditional concepts with modern amenities. Inspired by the Japanese masterpiece Tale of Genji, the story of which took place in the vicinity, the hotel’s designers took motifs from the novel to create a wabi sabi world of beauty and harmony.

The building is modern, with Western-style rooms and beds. But the features, materials, details, ambience and space arrangements are Japanese. There is a Zen garden for contemplation, a rooftop garden for connecting with nature, and pocket gardens in and around the rooms. This is a very Japanese concept where gardens are created to blur the lines between inside and outside. Having access to nature and the seasons while being indoors has been a perpetual quest of the Japanese people, starting with the imperial gardens of the Heian period through the centuries to the pocket gardens in people’s townhouses.

The hotel’s walls are concrete, but the Japanese technique of imprinting cedar gives them the look and feel of organic wood. In the lobby there is handmade Washi paper incorporated into the windows, producing a stunning play of light and shadows that is a quintessential feature of Japanese design. Modern amenities complement the overall concept, achieving a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
The rooms and suites at GENJI KYOTO are showcases of Kyoto artisanship. Custom-designed and handmade furniture, warm solid wood, natural fabrics, and Washi lamps create a Japanese ambiance that is both modern and timeless. Expansive windows frame picturesque views of serene gardens or robust wildlife on Kamo River. Paintings by young Kyoto artists pay homage to chapters and themes of the Tale of Genji, said to be the oldest novel in the world. Each room has a tatami sitting area, writing desk, dining table, and soaking tub.

Dining at GENJI KYOTO is a relaxed affair. In a city of diverse culinary choices and distinction, the hotel’s seasonal menu of Japanese comfort food – Wagyu Donburi rice bowl, Japanese Curry Rice, Japanese Appetizer Plate and Matcha dessert – has come to be embraced by many a nostalgic traveller longing for respite and relaxation. The hotel also offers a complimentary Matcha-making session – an intimate alternative to the more formal and austere tea ceremony popular amongst tourists.

More than just a hotel, GENJI Kyoto serves as a cultural bridge between past and present. Amidst the vibrant city, it offers a sanctuary for relaxation and contemplation, inviting guests to experience Japan’s timeless elegance in a refined but cosy setting.

According to ancient tradition, the estate not only served as the court seat of the Lords of Rischon from 1085 AD, but also functioned as the seat of the St. Michelsburg provincial court. This makes the estate one of the oldest documented buildings in the region.
