F for Fine Dining
F stands for the anticipation of a refined evening. Without formalities. It means simply taking a seat and enjoying the evening in one of the six parlors. Whether Herzerl, Rosen, Jagd, Sissi, Besteck or Uhrenstube, the rooms feel private but not stiff. Traditional, yet with a contemporary twist. Warm, but not rustic.
On the plates: honest products, finely prepared and artfully presented. À la carte, not a rigid menu. Not only for hotel guests, but for everyone.


E for Essence
E is as honest as the ingredients that form its foundation: regional vegetables, meat from the hotel’s own farm, brook trout, wild herbs and game from nearby forests.
Classic alpine cuisine is reinterpreted here at ElisabethHotel in a modern way without losing its regional character.
I for Intuition
Or inspiration. Head chef Alexander Hönigsberger values both.
Cooking here is not rigidly planned, but guided by feeling, experience and a fine sense for the right moment. What is in season is given space. What surprises may stay. Tradition forms the foundation, creativity a subtle companion.
